TENDER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF THE BARKA AND SOHAR DESALINATION PLANTS(OMAN)

DESCRIPTION:

Technical offer for the Independent Project of Barka.

MAIN FEATURES:

• Average flow: 281,000 m³ / day (conversion factor: 43%)
• Treatment:

– Pretreatment: 10 mm pre-filtration, pumping of raw water, floating by dissolved air (10 units), first step of multimedia filters (57 units), second step of multimedia filters (37 units)

– Reverse osmosis: filtration on 10 micron cartridges (22 units), high pressure pumps, elevators and recirculation, Single Stage / single pass (11 grids), energy recovery system (pressure exchange devices)

– Water tank produced and water tank pumped

– After treatment: CO2, calcium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite and sodium fluorosilicate.
